Clean Jokes Today!

I know I said that today I would post about what I made over the weekend but I haven't taken any pictures yet so you'll just have to be patient with me. I'll get to it, I promise. In the mean time, get a laugh!

Afraid of the Dark...

A little boy was afraid of the dark. One night his mother told him to go out to the back porch and bring her the broom.

The little boy turned to his mother and said, "Mama, I don't want to go out there. It's dark."

The mother smiled reassuringly at her son. "You don't have to be afraid of the dark," she explained. "Jesus is out there. He'll look after you and protect you."

The little boy looked at his mother real hard and asked, "Are you sure he's out there?"

"Yes, I'm sure. He is everywhere, and he is always ready to help you when you need him," she said.

The little boy thought about that for a minute and then went to the back door and cracked it a little. Peering out into the darkness, he called, "Jesus? If you're out there, would you please hand me the broom?"

Knock at the Door...
A new pastor was visiting the homes of his parishioners.

At one house it seemed obvious that someone was at home, but no answer came to his repeated knocks at the door. Therefore, he took out a card and wrote "Revelation 3:20" on the back of it and stuck it in the door.

When the offering was processed the following Sunday, he found that his card had been returned. Added to it was this cryptic message, Genesis 3:10."

Reaching for his Bible to check out the citation, he broke up in gales of laughter.

Revelation 3:20 begins "Behold, I stand at the door and knock." Genesis 3:10 reads, "I heard your voice in the garden and I was afraid, for I was naked."

No joke, last night the pastor of the church we've been attending stopped by...and my husband, although not naked was in his underwear. Usually he is naked.

Wow! I read your comment to my Cheryl Burke post...you are a skinny woman! You have 2 inches on me and I have over 60 pounds on you! Oh geez...
BUT I think Cheryl is a short woman...somewhere around your & my height. Bc I know when she danced with Drew Lachey, they were about the same height & I know he's short.
