Julie and her Momma live in a not-so-good, part of town. You know, the part of town where nobody rakes their yard. Where nobody fixes the steps on their porch. Where nobody paints the outside of their house?
The part of town where people walk around with raggedy clothes, no shoes and lice in their hair. That’s where Julie and her Mamma live.
They live in a little-tiny, run-down, fallin-apart shack.
They have almost no food.
